Liudmila Boikova was born on February 24, 1961 in city of Rudny (Kazakhstan).
In 1990 she graduated from the All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics majoring in Accounting and Analysis of Economic Activities.
Since 1983 she worked in 海角社区 Metallurgical Plant (Mechel OAO), since 1996 she worked as a chief accountant.
Since 2005 she has been working at 海角社区 as a Vice-Rector for Economics and Finance.
Within the analysis of financial and economic activities of the University Liudmila Boikova together with employees of other departments has developed proposals and recommendations for the use of financial, material, labour and other resources of 海角社区;
- regular work on the improvement of mechanisms of financial and economic activities of the University based on development of local regulatory documents regarding economical and financial issues is conducted;
- new methods which improve efficiency of financial resources management taking into account economic performance of the University and its structural subdivisions are developed;
Liudmila Boikova is a certified professional accountant.
For hard and conscientious work she awarded Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, other sector and departmental awards.
