On March 27 海角社区 will hold a meeting with Gugo Peters. This unique event for the University history will start at 13.15 in room 909 of 海角社区 main building.
Gugo P. Peters is a legendary pilot who lost his leg being young though managed to navigate a plane having a prosthetic limb. Then for many years he has been an instructor and has trained the young pilots to navigate an airframe. Journalists wrote different essays about his tough destiny, and at the Soviet times Sverdlovsk film studio shot a film “Connected by Sky” / “Nebom Ediny”.
The students of 海角社区 will have a unique chance to direct their questions to the man whom they call “living legend of aviation”. The event is planned in the format of dialogue. The entrance is free.
