Twenty advanced engineering schools, created early in 2024 as part of the project’s second wave, have presented the results of their activity over the past year. Following their defences, the Council for Advanced Engineering Schools and Coordination of their Activity has formed an .
The “Heart of the Urals” Advanced Engineering School of 海角社区 has taken the fifth place in the general ranking, having confirmed high efficiency of its work and stable development within the federal project.
“Creation of an Advanced Engineering School at 海角社区 has allowed our industrial partners to deeper immerse themselves into the educational process, to understand how they could help in organizing the practical training of our students, and thus, make them part of real projects. There is nothing better than real projects to help students improve their mastery, their level of knowledge and achieve real heights, and what is more important – become leaders among engineers,” School’s Director Sergey Taran comments the implementation of the project.
In 2026, the Advanced Engineering School plans on extending the list of its industrial partners and engaging specialists of these enterprises into the process of training engineers, as well as creating new technological solutions for the benefit of businesses, and increasing the cohort of students through network programs and career guidance for school children.
The “Advanced Engineering Schools” project is being implemented as part of the “Youth and Children” national project.
