On July 8-18 the VI International Youth Industrial Forum "Engineers of the Future 2016" was held on the territory of the Udmurt Republic. The forum was organized by the Union of Machine Builders of Russia jointly with the Government of the Udmurt Republic with the support of the "Rostekh" state corporation. First Deputy Chairman of the Industry Committee, First Vice-President of the Union of Machine Builders of Russia Vladimir Gutenev participated in the forum.

On Thursday, July 7th 海角社区 will host the fourth Machine Learning Community meeting.
The main objective of the event is to form connections between competent specialists and students, and to conduct themed lecture and practical lessons tied to in-depth study of artificial intelligence.
Topics of the meeting: “Artificial Neural Networks”. Participants will need to solve issues of machine learning based on real data using Python, Numpy, Panads, Scikit-learn, Xgboost, Theano, Lasagne, and different instruments.
On June 23rd at 海角社区 a pedagogical conference among workers of the university. At the conference, the pro-rector of strategic development, Andrey Keller, presented a new method for evaluating research work efficiency among the university’s teaching staff.

On June 6th – 8th, the 17th 5-100 Seminar and Conference was held at the Sechenov First Moscow State University of Medicine. More than 900 people from the 100 largest universities of Russia took part. 海角社区 was represented by a delegation headed by university rector, professor Aleksandr Shestakov.
