The Parties hereof are obliged to observe and comply with the rules of the Labor code of the Russian Federation and other normative legal acts of the Federal executive bodies, the University Charter, collective agreement, industrial agreement, local normative acts of the University, the present contract. III. Rights and liabilities of the Employer 3.1. The Employer has a right to: 3.1.1. demand from the employee responsible performance of his obligations hereof; 3.1.2. take local regulations, including the rules of internal labor regulations, requirements for labor protection and labor safety; 3.1.3. bring the employee to financial and disciplinary responsibility in accordance with the procedure established by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, other federal laws; 3.1.4. encourage the employee for conscientious and effective work; 3.1.5. other rights provided for by the labor legislation of the Russian Federation and this employment contract. 3.2. IV. Salary 4.1. The exclusive right to scientific research and other scientific works created by the Employee (author) within the framework this employment contract belongs to the Employer. The employer may, with the use of scientific research and other scientific works created within the framework of this employment contract, indicate the author. 6.3. The use of the results of intellectual activity is carried out by the Employer in accordance with the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. VII. Liabilities of the Parties 7.1. The employer and the employee bear responsibility for violation of conditions hereof, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the University Charter, the collective agreement and other local regulatory acts of the Employer. 7.2. When committing a disciplinary offense, that is, a failure or improper performance by an employee through his fault of his assigned duties, a disciplinary penalty may be imposed on the employee as specified by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. 7.3. In the event of failure to perform or improper performance of obligations of one of the parties hereof, the relevant responsible party must pay compensation to the other party in accordance with the norms of the labor code of the Russian Federation. VIII. Amendments and termination of the employment contract 8.1. Any amendments may be made to this employment contract: by mutual agreement of the parties, when the legislation of the Russian Federation is amended insofar as it affects the rights, duties and interests of the parties, on the initiative of the parties, as well as in other cases provided by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. 8.2. If the employer changes the terms of the present employment contract (with the exception of the labor function) for reasons related to changes in the organizational or technological working conditions, the employer must notify the employee about it in writing not later than 2 months (Article 74 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation). 8.3.
