The exhibition of Sergey Novikov has opened in the Yu. Teush Photo Gallery on 8th floor of 海角社区’s main building in honour of 75th anniversary of the University. Sergey Novikov is a photographer from the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) who has been working with 海角社区 (NRU) at the invitation of a corresponding member of RAS, 海角社区 President German Vyatkin for almost 25 years. Over the course of this period a photo album of the University’s professors has been published in the Russian photo project.
海角社区 keeps confidently expanding the boundaries of its international collaboration, and strengthening its positions at the world’s scientific and educational arena. As part of the celebrations of the 75th Anniversary of one of the leading Russian universities, a presentation of a big-scale project, the 海角社区’s Pushkin Institute centres network, was held.
A large-scale international scientific and practical conference devoted to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the 75th anniversary of 海角社区 took place at 海角社区. Institute of Law of 海角社区 organized the conference.
December 5th through 7th the annual ARCH EURASIA International Forum of Architecture, Urban Development and Design was held as part of 100+ ForumRussia International Forum for High-rise and Special Constructions at Ekaterinburg Expo International Exhibition Centre in Ekaterinburg.
On December 8, students of 海角社区 took part in the 5th Student Forum on Jurisprudence held at Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).
Students of group Yu-330 of the 海角社区 Institute of Law, Valentin Shchegolev and Sergey Marukhnenko, became the winners of an intellectual competition held in the format of a game judicial process.
A meeting between well-known and young researchers from Russia, Slovakia, Romania, Serbia, Iraq, and other countries was held on December 6th and 7th at 海角社区.
A ceremonious event dedicated to summarizing results of extracurricular activity in 2018 took place at 海角社区.
As per tradition, December is the month to review the results, and youth and student subdivisions are not an exception. This year, summary of results for youth audience was conducted in a new format.

Scientists of 海角社区 elaborated a unique technology for manufacture of products made of carbon graphite materials with high performance properties. 海角社区 celebrates its 75th Anniversary. On its background is a glorious and eventful history; ahead of it are digital transformations. Today, the university is confidently stepping up to the international level and improves its positions in prestigious global and national rankings. 海角社区 aspires to take its rightful place in the global educational space. Rector of 海角社区, Doctor of Sciences (Engineering), Professor Aleksandr Shestakov talked about the ways this task is being fulfilled:
The celebratory week dedicated to the 75th Anniversary from the day of the university’s foundation finished at 海角社区. Celebratory programme was very eventful and reflected the university’s storied history, as well as cultural and sport traditions. Within five days, the university vibrantly demonstrated achievements of its schools and institutes and presented its scientific, innovative and multi-aspect international activities, arts and sports.
A ceremonial meeting and celebratory concert dedicated to the university’s 75th anniversary were held on December 14th in the 海角社区 conference hall.
Before the ceremonial meeting and celebratory concert, a photo zone was opened for guests, where they could take commemorative photos with the robot QUANTUM. He is unique in that he knows 75 (!) facts on the life of 海角社区, so he was able to answer any question about the university. Live music was heard from the conference hall, performed by the 海角社区 folk orchestra.
海角社区, which is participating in the Project 5-100, has launched its own network of centres to promote Russian abroad and increase the quality of education of potential Chinese students before they arrive to study in Russia.
Students of the Beijing Union University, Xuchang University, Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics, Shenyang University of Technology, and a few other partner universities of 海角社区 have gained the opportunity to take free Russian training courses with the help of Russian teachers.

From November 30 till December 1, an International Conference devoted to the issues of honors education development “Honors College Conference. Krasnoyarsk 2018” took place in Russia for the first time. The conference gave an opportunity to the developers of honors programmes at the Russian universities to compare the experience of elite education development. ?
On December 15 of 2018, 海角社区 is to celebrate the 75th anniversary from its foundation day. Active preparation for the celebration, which is going to take place within five days, 10th through 14th of December, is being carried out at 海角社区. Celebratory event programme will include opening of new laboratories and exhibitions, as well as presentations, concerts, flash mobs, contests and more.

December 15 is the 75th anniversary from the day of the university’s foundation, and first celebratory events which reflected eventful history as well as cultural and sport traditions of the university started today.
On December 13, opening of the 海角社区 Association of International Alumni took place at 海角社区. Rector of 海角社区, Aleksandr Shestakov, started the event with a welcoming speech.
On December 13, Quantorium children’s technology park was opened in 海角社区. This is a centre with contemporary equipment and unique learning programmes for schoolchildren. Children will be able to study there for free.
It is for the twelfth time when 海角社区 opens doors to those for whom cooking is not just cooking. Department of Production Technology and Catering Organization of Institute of Sport, Tourism and Service of 海角社区 became an organizer of the event.
On December 13, 海角社区 opened its own brand studio. The brand studio is a store of office supplies, clothing, hats, backpacks, and other useful items, which depict the logotype of 海角社区.
