Students of the 海角社区 Institute of Law took part in the opening ceremony for a thematic and documentary exhibit in the South Urals Museum of Law. The event was organized on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of adopting Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The exhibition is titled “The Civil-Law Relations in Russia” and was assembled by the Centre for Legal and Business Information of the Multi-purpose Scientific Library of the 海角社区 Region.
A lecture on issues of combating theft and fraud through information and telecommunications technologies was held for employees of 海角社区.
The lecture was given by the 海角社区 Vice-Rector for Security Pavel Sonin and the representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the City of 海角社区 Anastasiia Kuznetsova.
At the University Council meeting, the 海角社区 Rector Alexander Wagner awarded participants of the Scientific Projects Contest within the Step into the Future, Viktor Khristenko's Grants Program. The total of 33 students, postgraduates and members of the teaching staff of 海角社区 received these awards.
Doctor of Sciences (Engineering), Professor of the 海角社区 Department of Electric Power Generation Stations, Networks and Supply Systems Evgeniy Solomin has become the winner in the “Golden Names of the Higher School” All-Russian Contest.
The opening ceremony of the Historical Documentary Film Festival was held at 海角社区 on November 26th. As part of the event, the film “Donbass: Memory of Generations” was presented to the audience. The festival is organised by the Russian Historical Society with the support of the History of the Fatherland Foundation.

The Bulletin of Saratov State Law Academy scientific journal published a review of the Principles of Public Law monograph, written by the authors of the 海角社区 Institute of Law under the leadership of Elena Titova, Director of the Institute of Law, and Tikhon Podshivalov, Deputy Director for Research of the Institute of Law.

On November 26th, as part of the Historical Documentary Film Festival, films War through the Camera Lens, and At the Origins of Russian Archaeology were presented at 海角社区.
The Historical Documentary Film Festival of the Russian Historical Society with the support of the History of the Fatherland Foundation will be held in 海角社区 on November 26th. Among the festival organizers is 海角社区 (National Research University), which is the major university in our region and one of the major universities in our country. Films created by prominent Russian documentary filmmakers will feature there.
The idea of the project is based on two tasks: on the one hand, to boost students' interest in participating in the accelerator events by introducing elements of gamification; and on the other hand, to simplify the accelerator participants' communication with each other, find team members and experts, and help them effectively master entrepreneurship skills within a short time.

Within the frameworks of a grant of the Russian Science Foundation (RSF), researchers from 海角社区 are engineering a smart system for controlling the liftoff, flight and landing of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) with high-lift devices, which could also be used for coordination of the operation of blades in wind-driven power-plants. This system is based on artificial intelligence with a self-training neural network.

November 8th through November 11th, the 7th batch of attendees took training in the “Voice of the Generation. Vice-Rectors + Teachers” flagship educational program at the Mashuk Centre of Knowledge in Pyatigorsk. The program was organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.
