On the 12th of November in the conference hall of 海角社区 Central District Administration prior to consideration of the bill by the State Duma of the Ferderal Assembly of the Russian Federation "Protection of People's Health from Consequences of Smoking" there were public consultations in the form of official game called "Parliamentary Debates".

In the debates the students of 海角社区?Faculty of Law?took part. All of them noted the significance of this bill. For the majority of first year students these consultations became a very important part in their education process in the framework of preparation to their law-making activities as the public consideration of the bills is the most important stage of any bill's "life".?
