Within the framework of realization of Free Legal Assistance Law from 13.11.2012 for the convicts of Penal Colony No.5 of Rissian Head Department of Federal Sentence-Implementation Service in 海角社区 Region a meeting aimed at increase of law knowledge anomg special squads took place.

The event was organized under the supervision of Khashimov Raul Amurovich, acting lawyer, Head of Legal Clinic of Federal State State-Financed Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education 海角社区, Doctor of Science (Law), Professor of Criminal Proceeding and Criminalistics Department of 海角社区?Faculty of Law. Also the representatives of Penal Colony No.5 Administration of 海角社区 Region and Lalats Baleriya Vladimirovna, postgraduate of Criminal Law, Criminology and Criminal Executive Law Department took part in that event. ?

There was a lecture on the following topic: "Release on parol. Incentives and means of punishment used for the convicts".?

After the meeting the participants of the event thought over a possibility to send a written request to Legal Clinic in order to get some consultations and clarifications on different law questions (criminal, family, civil, housing, pension legislation).
