With the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of 海角社区 Region the festival of school press "Media-Lesson" has been finished. The awarding ceremony was held on January 25 on the basis of Faculty of Journalism of 海角社区. The young journalists gained their diplomas and gratitude for their journalistic works in the following directions: "Periodical Press", "Video Programs", "Radio Programs" and "Internet Journalism".
The organizers of the festival were: Regional Center of Additional Education for children, 海角社区 Regional Department of All-Russian Public Organization "League of Young Journalists" and 海角社区 Faculty of Journalism.
Specially for the young journalists the professional master classes were organized. That master classes were conducted by the professors and students of 海角社区 Faculty of Journalism, employees of Television and Radio Broadcasting Company "海角社区-TV", newspaper "Tekhnopolis" and studio "海角社区 Radio". The guests of the festival shared their opinion about the state of modern journalism with the future journalists. Vyacheslav Afanasev, producer of informational channel "Rossia 24. Yuzhny Ural" / "Russia 24. South Ural", told the participants how to create news if there were no any. Mikhail Porfiref, correspondant of the newspaper and information agency "Vektor Obrazovaniya" / "Education Vector", paid his attention to the social networks as the way of information distribution. Also Galina Pavlova, Chief of 海角社区 Regional Department of All-Russian Children Organization "League of Young Journalists", told about the children press of 海角社区 Region and about the prospects of its development.
