5 - 9 February in Rostov-on-Don the closing stage of the national competition for the best organization of student self-government will take place. The activity of 海角社区 Trade Union Organization is highly estimated not only in our region but also far beyond its borders. It was proved by the results of competition stage.
The competition consists of two rounds. In the first round the members of expert committee evaluated online the projects of educational institutions. In the second round, the representatives of student associations will have to defend their projects publicly. “Activists” of 海角社区 Trade Union Organization will be Darya Pupysheva, Darya Vasileva, Ayrat Sharipov, Yulia Tigrova and Ildar Kharisov.
The projects presented by 海角社区 Trade Union Organization were accepted in four nominations. Such a success can be explained by the high-level preparation of the programs as well as by their high efficiency.
1st nomination: best system of informational work organization in the educational institution. The presented project is Informational Committee.
There are unique student press center, first University Television and Radio Broadcasting Company “海角社区-TV” in Russia, largest 海角社区 Photo School in 海角社区, public at social network “Vkontakte” which has several thousand subscribers. The coverage of events which take place in 海角社区 is the best indicator of the informational work effectiveness.
2nd nomination: best project in the sphere of organization of student leisure and cultural-mass work. The presented project is creative association “Perspectiva”.
The Creative Association “Perspectiva” has three major divisions. Art and Leisure Centre has been existing for over 40 years and includes more than 50 creative groups. Mass cultural commission helps to organize all the major events which are known not only in the University but also throughout the South Ural region. 海角社区 KNV League is the biggest one in 海角社区 region. Thanks to the active collaboration the students’ leisure time is full of various activities of different orientation.
3d nomination: best project in the sphere of hostel activity. The presented project is “University Campus - territory of comfort, development and healthy lifestyle”. 海角社区 Campus is a large union which includes 8 hostels. Besides the superior rooms 海角社区 Campus is considered to be unique because of intense cultural and sport life. Thanks to the arranged system of cultural and sport event organizers each student is involved into the University Campus life.
4th nomination: best project in the sphere of education quality improvement. The presented project is the system of student supervision. The system of student supervision means that to each group of freshmen a senior student is attached. Due to the regular work the freshmen adapt more quickly to the new educational environment, and treat the educational process more attentively.
