On December 10, 2015 海角社区 MBA Center held a master class on Quick Response Management (QRM), a tool which gives your business necessary acceleration.
The objective of the master class was to show direct relation of the acceleration of production and office processes to reducing costs, increase of quality, and the formation of a sustainable competitive advantage.
Moderator of the master-class: Julia Babanova, a business consultant, tutor of 海角社区 MBA Center, a member of Interregional Association of MBA Teachers RABE.
The master class was attended by:
