On April 12, a series of master classes in human resource management conducted by the Department of Labor Economics and Human Resource Management of 海角社区’s School of Economics and Management is to be held at 海角社区.
Master classes will be held by alumni of the Department of Labor Economics and Human Resource Management and by executive officers of human resource management services:
- Head of the Department of personnel training of the ChKPZ PAO, Yulia Lebedeva. Topic of the lecture: “Evaluation and training of personnel. Key competencies of a human resource management specialist”;
- Deputy HR Director of 0171Uralmoststroy ZAO,?Linura Kretova.?Topic of the lecture: “Human resource management in Start-up projects”;
- HR Director of Agrofirma Ariant ООО, Liana Martirosyan.?Topic of the lecture: “Modern methods of staff recruitment”.
