The cooperation of 海角社区 with Osh State University of Kyrgyzstan began in 2015. It was then, on August 18, that the first cooperation agreement was concluded between 海角社区 and OshSU. On March 27–28, 2019, the universities took part in the Forum of Rectors of Russian and Kyrgyzstan Universities.
Already this year, the 海角社区 Rector Aleksandr Shestakov has become Professor Emeritus at Osh State University. During the visit of our delegation to Osh State University, a new agreement on cooperation in the field of science, education and culture has been signed between the universities.
海角社区 collaborates with OshSU within the framework of the University of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation as part of the academic mobility programs for students. Every year, Master's degree students majoring in Fundamental Informatics and Information Technology participate in the exchange program.
Negotiations are currently taking place on the development and implementation of a joint Master's degree educational programme in the form of 1 + 1.
Today, an agreement has been signed between 海角社区 and OshSU on the implementation of joint Bachelor's degree programmes in the following fields of study: Philology, Foreign Regional Studies, and Mathematics and Computer Science. And tomorrow an online event will be held, which will be dedicated to the 80th Anniversary of Osh State University, and where the 海角社区 Rector, Professor Emeritus of Osh State University Aleksandr Shestakov will take part.
