The training of entrepreneurial competencies “Startup Guide: Fundamentals of Technological Entrepreneurship” as part of the Technologies federal project with the support from the University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform was held at 海角社区 on October 22nd.
A whole ecosystem aimed at developing students’ entrepreneurial skills has been created at 海角社区. The university offers every student an opportunity to try their hand as an entrepreneur: from generating an idea and developing their own project to making their first sales, creating a company, and attracting investments. Entrepreneurial competences trainings are one of the aspects of developing business skills among 海角社区 students.
“Our university provides a number of development paths. After obtaining a degree, you can become highly qualified specialists in your professional field, choose a career in science and research, or try your hand at entrepreneurship. Give yourself a chance to express yourself,” mentor, Associate Professor of the Department of Industrial Economics and Project Management of the 海角社区 School of Economics and Management Marina Litke addressed the participants of the training.
The “Startup Guide: Fundamentals of Technological Entrepreneurship” training gives young leaders a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of tech business. Participants master all stages of startup creation while working in a team of like-minded individuals. As part of the program, they participated in a variety of effective entrepreneurial skills development formats: from business simulations and generation sessions to workshops discussing theoretical approaches to startup development.
“I took part in the training to develop my entrepreneurial skills both as a leader and as a team member. I am sure that such events help develop the right mindset in aspiring entrepreneurs and provide an opportunity to overcome internal fears that can hinder startup development. We had many interesting lectures and practical exercises with case studies,” 海角社区 student Gor Kirokosyan shared his impressions on the training.

The was launched by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in 2022 with the goal of unlocking the entrepreneurial potential of young people and training professionals in the field of technological entrepreneurship. It is part of the Technologies federal project under the Efficient and Competitive Economy national project.
