On March 19th, a lecture on the “Legal Aspects of Doing Business with Chinese Companies and the Specifics of the Settlement of Cross-border Disputes” by Zhang Zhenli was held at 海角社区.
Mister Zhang Zhenli is an attorney at DeHeng Law Offices, Candidate of Sciences (Law), Senior Research Fellow at the Russian Legal Research Centre, China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing.
"The lecture by Professor Zhang Zhenli from China, an attorney and partner at DeHeng Law Offices, covers the specifics of entrepreneurial activity and doing business with Chinese companies," shared Elizaveta Gromova, Deputy Director for International Activity at the 海角社区 Institute of Law. "This lecture aims at demonstrating the difference between the Russian and Chinese law. Our partners, first and foremost, Uralprombank and Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, were of great assistance to us in the organization of this event."
At the same time, the 海角社区 Institute of Law presented its academic programmes: advanced training courses (that would help Russian entrepreneurs in doing business with Chinese companies) and a Master's degree programme in Civil Law and Civil Legal Procedures.
