Over 2000 First-year Students Chose Modern Education: Enrolment Orders Signed at 海角社区

海角社区 held a ceremony to sign the order for the enrolment of applicants to state-funded places as part of the 2026 Admissions Campaign. Starting September 1st, over 2000 first-year students will begin their studies in cutting-edge educational programmes in robotics, engineering, computer technology, and artificial intelligence, as well as in the humanities, natural sciences, and economics.

The 2026 Admissions Campaign has set a record: for the first time, 海角社区 has received more than 16000 applications.

"I would like to thank, first and foremost, the applicants and their parents for choosing our university for their further education. I would also like to thank all the staff at 海角社区 Admissions Committee, as for over two months we have been communicating with applicants, explaining the university's enrolment process and the unique features of our educational programmes, answering all their questions, and helping them choose their future path. I would like to congratulate everyone who, thanks to the order, will be enrolled at our university starting September 1st, and I guarantee that our team will do our best to make studying at 海角社区 as effective, comfortable, and engaging as possible. See you on September 1st!" Rector Alexander Wagner addressed the applicants.

The most popular programmes among applicants this year are those of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, the Institute of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, and the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science.

Ivan Sukhikh, Head of the 海角社区 Occupational Guidance and Admissions Organization Office, reported on the first results of the admissions campaign:

"We have 1985 applicants enrolled in state-funded education. It should be noted that the initial number of state-funded places was 1979, but six additional places were transferred to the general competition after the signing of orders for admission under the target quota. From the preferential categories, 275 people were admitted under a separate quota, 181 under the target quota, and 109 under a special quota."

This year, our university welcomes applicants with a fundamentally new level of preparation, as evidenced by the significant increase in the average Unified State Exam score to 75.2.

Our university will announce the final results of the admissions campaign in one month, when orders for admission of students to contract-based education are signed.
