Rectors of the leading universities gathered to discuss problems and prospects of modern education and sign agreements on cooperation. During the event, guests of the Forum were given the opportunity to get a closer look at 海角社区 by visiting various excursions, and assess scientific and engineering achievements of the university’s scientists.

The 14th Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum is to be held in 海角社区 on November 8 through 9. Its main topic is Human Capital Development. According to organizers, the strategically important investments in human capital are embedded, among all, at the stage of education. The first day of the Forum will be dedicated to this precise topic.
The Legal Clinic at 海角社区 is part of the?Institute of Law?and offers free legal help to the city’s population, most importantly to disadvantaged groups, and allows students to understand all the subtleties of legal processes in practice.?Alexandra Kosmynina, Head of the Legal Clinic, and?Anna Vidergold, Senior Inspector of the Clinic, told us about the Clinic’s fields of activity and new introductions to their work.
A series of educational workshops on “International Scientific and Educational Collaboration: Grants, Financing and Projects” has completed at 海角社区.
In the course of the workshops the University’s professors and employees were provided with information on the possibilities and open applications to international financing organizations.
